Appellant Yvette P. Lovelace appeals the decision of the Arkansas Board of Review denying her unemployment benefits. For reversal, Lovelace argues that the Board erred in failing to find that the untimely appeal was a result of circumstances beyond her control. We affirm.
Lovelace, a former employee of Pulaski County, applied for unemployment compensation benefits.
