Reversing.

The action out of which this litigation sprang was filed in the Boone circuit court on December 18, 1925, by Keith and H. B. Huffman v. Richard P. Martin et ai. to recover the balance lof $4,000 of a once larger note and accumulated interest. It pursued a snaillike course until the rendition of the contested order and judgment against appellant, Fidelity & Columbia Trust Company, made on April 16, 1932.
