On June 26, 1922, appellants and plaintiffs below, Keith Martin Huffman and H. B. Huffman, sold and conveyed to appellees and defendants below, Richard P. Martin and Loretta Martin, a tract of land in Boone county, Kentucky, containing 107.41 acres, for the agreed consideration of $7,000, $3,000 of which was cash in -hand paid, and the balance of that amount was evidenced by defendants’ note to plaintiffs for $4,000, due in 10 years from date, with interest payable annually.
