OPINION AND ORDER
BESOSA, District Judge.
Plaintiffs first filed this civil action before the Court of First Instance for the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico on January 22, 2008. They alleged violations of federal law pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) and the Civil Rights Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981, 1983, 1985, and violations of Commonwealth law pursuant to the Constitution of Puerto Rico and various local laws.
