The Plaintiff, Cynthia Hall, is an African-American female who has charged her former employer, State Faim Insurance Companies (State Farm), and three of her supervisors (Robert Schmid, Mary Lollar, and James Roderique) with wrongful acts of racial and gender discrimination, in violation of Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and the Michigan Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act (ELCRA), Mich.Comp.Laws § 37.2101 et seq.
