OPINION OF THE COURT

O’DONNELL, Judge:

On the sixth day of September 1977, the nude body of Private First Class Karen Hickman was found on the military reservation at Fort Benning, Georgia. Her clothing was discovered on the first of October of that year as the result of an anonymous telephone call to the military police. Several months later, on the third of April 1978, the military police received a telephone call from a person identifying himself as a member of the “Forces of Evil.” The caller stated that the body of a woman named Irene could be found on one of the Fort Benning ranges.
