This matter is before the Court for a determination whether Attorney David A. Bornn, Esq. (“Bornn”) should be disqualified from this matter.
I. FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
Banco Popular De Puerto Rico (“Banco Popular”) commenced this debt and foreclosure action in January, 2005 against the defendants, Cassandra Lovell a/k/a Cassandra Maureen Lovell (“Lovell”), Tom Gigilotti (“Gigilotti”) and Magen’s Ridge Condominium Association (“MRCA”).
