In this interlocutory appeal, appellant MasterGuard L.P. challenges the trial court’s order sustaining the special appearance of appellee Eco Technologies International LLC d/b/a YellowBlue (Eco Technologies). Because we conclude that Eco Technologies is subject to specific jurisdic tion in Texas, we reverse the trial court’s order.
