In this interlocutory appeal, Sebastian Lombardo appeals the trial court’s order denying his special appearance, concluding the trial court had specific jurisdiction over Lombardo, in an action brought by Shou-vik Bhattacharyya, alleging Lombardo is liable for intentional infliction of emotional distress, defamation, fraud, fraudulent inducement, and negligent misrepresentation.
