The appellants, Louise T. Clarke and Irene T. Bruns, presented a delinquent real estate tax agreement to appellee Jarecki, judge of the county court of Cook county, which they requested him to approve pursuant to “An act in relation to the payment in installments of unpaid, forfeited or delinquent taxes on real estate situated in counties containing 500,000 or more inhabitants, and to provide for enforcement of such payment,” in force July 19, 1935.
