This is an appeal from a decree of the superior court of Cook County denying the motion of the defendant, John S. Boyle, State’s Attorney of Cook County, to dismiss the complaint and amendment thereto and allowing the motion of the plaintiffs to strike the answer of the defendant, Fred K.
