A rather complicated series of criminal charges and attendant proceedings over a two-year period underlie this appeal from the denial of a petition for a writ of habeas corpus. The writ was sought to test the legality of a Governor’s warrant and thereby prevent the appellant’s extradition to New Hampshire. In summary, the facts are as follows.
