In this case, we are presented with questions involving the applicability of the Open Meetings Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1971, ch. 102, par. 41 et seq.) to the deliberations of the University of Illinois Assembly Hall Advisory Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Committee) and with the public’s need to be informed of the financial operations of the Assembly Hall.
