OPINION BY SHOGAN, J.:
Melissa Ann Sarvey ("Appellant") appeals from the January 27, 2017 order denying her petition for relief filed pursuant to the Post Conviction Relief Act ("PCRA"), 42 Pa.C.S. §§ 9541 - 9546. After careful review, we reverse the order of the PCRA court. Additionally, although we will not disturb the verdict, we vacate the judgment of sentence and remand for re-sentencing.
