All the issues in this case concern defendant’s unsuccessful attempt to withdraw his guilty plea to burglary as a party to the crime. First, the defendant claims that the record fails to show his understanding of the constitutional rights he waived. This argument focuses upon the trial court’s use of a "waiver of rights” form largely in lieu of a personal colloquy.
