This matter comes before the Court on a motion to dismiss pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6), or, alternatively, to strike pursuant to the Louisiana Anti-SLAPP statute, La. C.C.P. art. 971, filed by the defendant, Roger Goodell (“Goodell”). Having considered the record, the memoranda of *593counsel, and the law, the Court has determined that dismissal is appropriate for the following reasons.
