Stevenson, P. J. —

The appellees filed their claim with the Industrial Board of Indiana for compensation growing out of the death of their minor son, Ernest Goodin, Jr., who was employed by the appellant at the time of his accidental injury and death. The Industrial Board awarded compensation to the appellees for a period of three hundred weeks at the rate of $8.80 per week. It is from this award that this appeal has been perfected.

The error assigned on appeal is that the award of the Industrial Board is contrary to-law. Under this assignment, the sole question presented for our consideration…
