MEMORANDUM OPINION
ALBRITTON, Chief Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
On June 30, 2003, Joyce York, Linda Severson Ford, Jerva Culver, Sara Law- renee, Carmencita Hicks, and Miles Miller, III (Plaintiffs) filed a Complaint in the Circuit Court of Houston County, Alabama. In their Complaint, the Plaintiffs bring claims for fraud, conversion, negligence, conspiracy to defraud, conspiracy to commit conversion, and intentional or reckless infliction of emotional distress.
