HAMITER, Justice.
The defendant herein, John B. Lawson, was accused of the crime of possession of barbiturates in violation of LRS 40:1031 et seq. He filed a motion to suppress certain evidence which the state intended to use in the prosecution of the alleged offense. Following a hearing the motion was sustained.
