1Opinion of the CourtJustice Denison

The defendant in error obtained a permanent injunction against the plaintiffs in error forbidding the obstruction of Boyd street, in the town of Hugo, and they bring error.

The complaint alleged that one Clarke, in 1886, filed a plat with a number of blocks subdivided into lots, which dedicated streets, including Boyd street, and that ever since that time Boyd street had been and remained a public highway; that the plaintiffs owned lots fronting thereon *441and that the defendants had obstructed said street with a fence; and prayed for temporary and permanent injunction.
