The appellant stone company sued Henry W. Klausmann and the appellee bank, seeking to recover a personal judgment against Klausmann and to foreclose a mechanic’s lien on appellee’s building for certain marble work done in its construction and erection under a subcontract with Klausmann, to whom appellee had let the principal contract for erecting it.
