MEMORANDUM OPINION GRANTING TRUSTEE’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT AND DENYING A DISCHARGE TO THE DEBTOR

This matter is before the Court upon the motion for summary judgment [P.10] of the plaintiff, Richard M. Kremen, Chapter 7 trustee (“trustee”), and the response [P. 13] of the defendant, Kimberly Slattery (“debtor” or “defendant” or “Ms. Slat-tery”). For the reasons stated herein, the motion for summary judgment will be granted and the debtor’s discharge will be denied.
