A Suffolk County grand jury returned an indictment against the defendant, Jaime Erazo, for trafficking in cocaine in excess of 100 grams. The case is before the court on the defendant’s motion to suppress all evidence that was seized from him on January 5, 2010, as well as any statements that he made following the seizure.
