Following the sale of petitioner Danny Hammond’s real property due to delinquent unpaid taxes, the circuit court entered judgment for tax deed in favor of respondent S.I. Boo, L.L.C. (S.I. Boo). The petitioner then filed a petition to vacate the judgment for tax deed, which the circuit court dismissed.
