FTI Consulting, Inc., as Trustee of the Centaur, LLC Litigation Trust, sued Merit *852Management Group, LP, in an attempt to avoid an allegedly fraudulent transfer of $16,503,850 to Merit. Merit’s motion for judgment on the pleadings pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(c) is before the court. For the following reasons, the motion is granted.
