The questions involved in this appeal have received much attention from the courts of *574this State, and the case may be determined by the application of principles which have been recognized from time to time,, and so often that they may be followed without question.
The first and second assignments of error put in issue the sufficiency of the message itself to give notice of its purpose and importance.
