On the 31st day of August, 1921, the appellants, W. M. Weathers and his wife and Walter Murrey and his wife, conveyed to G-. W. Stokes a certain tract of land in Todd county, Ky., on the Jefferson Davis highway three miles west of Elkton. At the time of the conveyance, and as a part of the consideration, Stokes executed to W.
