Reversing.

Appellee and her husband rented their farm to appellant. The contract dated February 26, 1913!, contains this provision as to the rental period:

“. . . for three years with the understanding that the second party (appellant) is to have it at the same price until the first of March, 1.919, if he does want it, for the sum of two hundred dollars per year, to be paid at the end of each year.”

Alleging the agreement was for three years with the privilege of two, instead of three additional years and that the year “1919” was written through mistake and…
