Appeal from an order and judgment dismissing plaintiff’s complaint on the merits. The plaintiff is a corporation organized under the laws of the District of Columbia. For a period it has conducted a “ School of Law ” in this State where legal principles were taught. The complaint challenges the constitutionality of section 66 of the Education Law which provides that no individual or corporation shall advertise or transact business under the name “ school of law, medicine, dentistry * * * unless the right to do so shall have been granted by the Regents in writing under their seal.” The Regents…
