Plaintiffs, doing business under the name of Reed Meat Packing Company commenced an action for declaratory relief against defendants Pacific Indemnity Company and The London and Lancashire Indemnity Company. Plaintiffs alleged that they were the owners of a Chevrolet truck involved in automobile accident on November 17, 1947, with resulting damage claims and suits against them for personal injuries and property damage.
