I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff, identified by the pseudonym John Doe, is a male and former student *128enrolled at Defendant Syracuse University ("Syracuse" or "the University"). He was expelled from the University after having been found to have engaged in nonconsensual sexual intercourse with his classmate, Jane Roe.
