JUDGMENT, OPINION AND ORDER

Petitioner, Charles Johnson, the father of two school age children in attendance at the Pasadena Unified School District, has moved the court for an order to show cause why the respondent Pasadena City Board of Education (hereinafter Board) 1 should not be held in civil contempt for its failure to comply with the provisions of the order of this court concerning the desegregation of that school system in general and the hiring of administrative personnel in particular.
