Defendants-Appellants, Enlow Rogers, and wife, appeal from a judgment fixing the compensation to be paid for the taking, by the Tennessee Valley Authority, of an easement and right of way across their farm in Logan County, Kentucky. This judgment was entered by three United States District Judges, convened under the provisions of the Tennessee Valley Authority Act of 1933, Title 16 U.S.C.A. § 831x.
