This is a consolidated appeal from two orders entered by judges of the Mental Health Branch, Family Division, of the Superior Court. Specifically, appellant, Ollie Bryant, appeals from Judge Urbina’s denial of her motion for a protective order seeking that St. Elizabeths Hospital be prohibited from administering psychotropic medication to her against her will, and from Judge Hess’ denial of her motion to show cause why the Superintendent of St. Eliza-beths Hospital and her attending physician should not be held in civil contempt for failing to monitor her continuously for any…
