I. INTRODUCTION

Presently before the Court are three Motions to Dismiss filed by Counterclaim Defendants, Andrew U. Ferrari (D.I. 87), Arthur C. Ferguson (D.I. 84), and Paul M. Herbst (D.I. 90). The Counterclaim Defendants seek dismissal of Advanced Environmental Recycling Technologies, Inc.’s (“AERT”) counterclaims against them pursuant to Rule 12(b)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure on the grounds that the Court lacks personal jurisdiction over them.
