I. INTRODUCTION

Pending before the Court is an appeal of an October 22, 2010 Memorandum Opinion and Order of the Bankruptcy Court in Adversary Proceeding No. 09-23605. (Docket No. 1). Appellant Michael J. Cor-so (“Appellant” or “Corso”) appeals the Bankruptcy Court’s Order denying his claims that certain of Appellee Maryann Walker’s (“Appellee” or “Walker”) obligations are excepted from discharge under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a).
