Appellee recoverd a judgment for $13,844.57 against appellant in an action of assumpsit. The Appellate Court affirmed the judgment and granted a certificate of importance and appeal to this court.
The trial court directed the verdict. The action was for the unpaid balance of the consideration of $21,300 agreed to be paid for the construction and installation of a refrigerating plant upon the premises of the appellant.
