On April 30, 1975, plaintiff, Cessna Aircraft Company filed this action, seeking relief under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U. S.C.A. § 552(a)(4)(B) and the Administrative Procedure Act, 5 U.S.C. § 701 et seq. The complaint seeks to enjoin the defendant National Labor Relations Board, and its agents, Peter G.
