Plaintiff, William F. Smith, filed this complaint in equity seeking to compel defendants, William Gold and Gerald Gold, indi*746vidually and trading as the Gold Rental Company, to reform a certain lease agreement for a 1952 Hudson automobile into a lease purchase agreement and to specifically perform the agreement as reformed. Plaintiff alleges that he executed the lease agreement in reliance on defendants’ fraudulent representations.
