| Appellant State of Arkansas appeals an order of the Baxter County Circuit Court removing Appellee V.H.’s name from the Arkansas sex-offender registry. In bringing this appeal, the State asserts that the circuit court lacked jurisdiction to consider Appellee’s petition because at the time he filed the petition he was twenty-five years of age.
