STEPHEN H. ANDERSON, Circuit Judge.

In this employment-discrimination case, Terry Mobley appeals pro se from a district court order that dismissed his claims in part, and entered summary judgment against him on the remaining claims. We have jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291, and we AFFIRM.

BACKGROUND 1

Mr. Mobley, an African-American, worked as a postal clerk for the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) in Denver, Colorado from 1994 to September 2007. At some point before 2007, he complained to managers of “harassment and hostile treatment because of his race and disability.” Am.…
