This appeal is from a decree of the Circuit Court of Baltimore City dismissing the bill of complaint of the appellant against the appellee for a divorce a vinculo matrimonii on the ground of abandonment. In addition to the formal allegations usually found in the bill in such cases, it is alleged that although the parties have been living in the same home, “the defendant has refused since the date of the separation” (May 26, 1941) “to live with your oratrix as husband and wife.” In his answer to this bill the husband (appellee), in denying that he has abandoned and deserted his wife…
