Fontaine v. Devonis

The plaintiffs brought this action of trespass on the case for negligence to recover for personal injuries suffered by Arnold A. Fontaine, a minor, and consequential damages sustained by his father. A jury in Superior Court returned a verdict for the plaintiff child, Arnold A. Fontaine, in the amount of $1,500 and for the plaintiff child’s mother, Elizabeth Fontaine, in the amount of $5,500.
