This is an application by Carolyn C. Frohock for an order requiring her former husband, J. A. Fro-hock, to pay to the' Clerk of the Circuit Court for Sarasota County the sum of thirty-five dollars in payment of the cost of preparing a transcript of the record in a certain appeal taken by the petitioner from an order of the Circuit Court dated August 31, 1934, modifying the provisions of ■a final decree of divorce entered on March 30, 1932, relating to the payment of alimony, and qrdering the payment -of solicitors’ fees' to the former wife and all costs of the proceedings relating to the…
