Jamal D. Todman (“Todman”), Appellant, was charged in a one-count Amended Information with aiding and abetting in the unlawful possession of a firearm in violation of 14 V.I.C. § 2253(a) and 14 V.I.C. § 11(a). A jury found him guilty, and this timely appeal ensued. After considering the final jury instructions and the charge in the Amended Information, we conclude that the evidence presented by the People was insufficient for a reasonable jury to have found beyond a reasonable doubt that Todman aided and abetted anyone in the…
