Khareem Hughes appeals the Superior Court’s September 5, 2012 Amended Judgment and Commitment, which found *1017him guilty of voluntary manslaughter, the lesser included offense of first-degree murder, and reckless endangerment. For the reasons that follow, we reverse his convictions.
