At issue in this.appeal is whether a jury verdict against the Double R Specialty Molding Co., Inc. (“Double R”) for violation of § 43(a) of the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a), is covered under a commercial general liability insurance policy issued by Nationwide Mutual Fire Insurance Co. (“Nationwide”). Both parties moved for summary judgment and the district court granted summary judgment in favor of Nationwide.
