At issue on this appeal is whether plaintiff-appellee State Farm Fire & Casualty Company (“State Farm”) is obligated under its commercial general liability (“CGL”) business policy to defend and indemnify its insured against a lawsuit alleging misappropriation of confidential business information. Specifically, we consider whether the policy’s “advertising injury” coverage extends to the allegations at issue in the underlying lawsuit.
