This is a legal malpractice case. A. P. Tropoli Individually and doing business as S & A Supply Company (“Tropoli”) brought suit against Alfred C. Schlosser Professional Corporation, Alfred C. Schlosser and Company, Jerry Sadler, and Natalie E. Schlosser, Individually and as Independent Executrix of the Estate of Alfred C.
