PER. CURIAM:

Barrington A. Hamilton appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Western District of New York (Curtin, J.) convicting him of unlawfully possessing cocaine and cocaine base. 21 U.S.C. § 844(a). Hamilton asserts that the district court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence of items seized at the time of his arrest.
